Saniede Shop ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://www.saniedeshop.com/) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
ORDER ADJUSTMENT/ CANCELLATION
If you'd like to modify or cancel your orders, kindly contact our Customer Service or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the title: "Modify/cancel my order - [Your order number]". We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.
You can change or cancel your order free of charge within 6 hours of placing your order. Outside the deadline, we will no longer be able to cancel / modify your order.
Due to hygiene reasons and the fact that our products are customized. So at this time, we do NOT accept a return in any case. If the item is faulty due to an error on our end, just tell us. We will resend you a replacement, and you don’t need to return the original item.
Our policy lasts 7 days after you receive the order, if 7 days have gone, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
We do not offer a full refund unless an item you received has a major problem. This is when the item:
- Significantly different from the description (color, size, design ...)
- Not the product you ordered
- Damaged/broken items
Additionally, due to lighting conditions or monitor displays, promoted photographs may have slightly different colors from the actual item. Please allow the 20% difference between advertised images and the actual item you received . If the problem is major, we may choose to replace the item or issue a refund within a reasonable time.
- We do NOT offer refunds or replacement on any products purchased during sale time or special promotion.
- We do NOT accept refunds or replacement due to customer’s mistake such as:
- Incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
- Incorrect shipping addresses
- Damages in use
To file a claim, please contact support team at mail: email@example.com including the following information (this is a must):
- Order number
- Video/ photo of the defective product
- If your claim is in regards to a damage or printing error, please include photographs of the error
- If your claim is in regards to a print size or placement issue, please include a measuring tape, stick, or ruler in the photographs of affected garments
- If some of your items are missing, please provide us an image of the received package's cover including the detailed shipping label so we can forward to our production department to investigate the problem

- Contact telephone number
We will review your claims as soon as possible and get back to you soon. If your item is eligible, we will make it right by offering you a replacement or refund. Refunds will be issued back to the form of payment used.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund and you have been approved for more than 7 business days.
First, check your bank account again. Then contact your bank and your card holder. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
