How do I place my order?

Simply choose your style on the product page then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order.

How do I customize my order?

The personalized service we offer is adding names on your products.

There is a text box for you to insert the name you would like to have on your product below the size options.

Can I see how the names look like before I order?

Customers can contact customer service department via support@saniedeshop.com for more information on how your requested names will appear on the item.

Can I rush my order?

Our products are made-to-order. In order to ensure the best quality of the product, we cannot intervene to rush the manufacturing process.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Your order will be processed for stocking, packing, and shipping to your address that you provide to us. We shall commit about delivery time to you like the table below:

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We know how important it is to receive your order quickly so we are trying our best to ship orders as fast as possible.

After placing the order, kindly note that you have limited time to request an order modification. We can only accept your modification or cancellation for duplicate products request within 6 hours of purchasing. Order modification or cancellation for duplicate products after 6 hours will not be accepted as order is already processed.

Can the order be delivery to multiple addresses?

We do not offer the shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

Can I return or exchange an item i have purchased?

Please note that our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your inquiry will be expedited faster if you provide us photos of the product that you received and a photo of the label package stuck outside to our support email.

My tracking number isn't working.

Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.

I need help with a late order!

Orders from our store typically ship within 5 to 10 business days. For international orders, transit will take an additional 1 to 2 weeks.

If your order has not arrived after 10 business days (domestic) and 20 business days (international), please contact us for timely support.

My order has already shipped. Can I have the delivery address changed?

Unfortunately, your shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been processed or shipped. If you want to change your shipping address, please contact us at ( email support) within 24 hours after placing your order. Our Customer service representative will check your order and confirm ASAP.

Why did I only receive part of my order?

In several cases, orders are shipped in multiple shipments in order for a timely delivery.

For orders that are shipped by more than one shipment, you will receive separate shipment notifications (with the corresponding tracking number) for each package.

However, these emails might be blocked or filtered into your Spam box. If you cannot find your tracking number, do not hesitate to contact us.

Is your dishwasher cover magnetic?

Our dishwasher cover is peel and stick dishwasher cover, not magnetic dishwasher cover.
