1. What happens if I enter the incorrect information?

    If you have submitted wrong information such as address, email address, telephone number, etc, please contact our Customer Service within 6 hours for any changes before your parcel is dispatched.

  2. How to modify/cancel an order?

    Since the orders are custom-made, they are only eligible to be canceled within 6 hours after being placed. Kindly contact our Customer Service or send us an email at   with the title: "Modify/cancel my order - [Your order number]"

  3. Why haven't I received order confirmation emails?

    In this case, please kindly check your INBOX, SPAM MAIL & JUNK MAIL and you will see a confirmation email from us. In case you still don't see it in those mailboxes, please contact us at  to get support. 


  1. How long will delivery take?

    Estimated Delivery Time = Handling Time + Estimated Transit Time

    Handling Time: 2 - 8 business days.

    Estimated Transit Time: 10 - 20 business days for Standard Shipping with Warranty. 2 - 7 business days for Express Shipping.

  2. Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?

    If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service or via within 6 hours after placing your order.

    Please note that your shipping address cannot be altered after the order has been shipped. 

  3. My tracking is not working, what should I do?

    Tracking numbers can take 5 - 7  days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within 7 days, please contact our Customer Service.

  3. When will I receive my refund?

    All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

    If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund to you.

    You can enter your coupon code during checkout when entering your payment info.

  2. My discount code is not working?

    Please double-check and try again. If you still cannot use the discount code, send us an email to for help. Your inquiry will be handled faster if you provide us with photos of the issue.

  3. Can I apply a discount code after my order is placed?

    Unfortunately, we cannot apply discounts to an order after it has been placed. We also cannot combine discounts for an order. Make sure to use your discounts before purchasing!
